General Terms and Conditions (Headspa-Heerlen)

These general terms and conditions apply to all treatments, appointments, and purchases of gift vouchers at Headspa-Heerlen.

1. Appointments & Treatments

• Treatments take place solely at the pre-agreed time.
• In case of late arrival, the lost timewill be deducted from the treatment time. The cost of the treatment remains unchanged.
• If the customer arrives late and the treatment cannot be performed (fully) as a result, thefull amount will be charged.

2. Cancelling & Changing Appointments

• Appointments must becancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.In case of cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment:

• If there is a

  • valid reason, at the discretion of Headspa-Heerlen,50% of the amount will be creditedThis is due to incurred costs and keeping reserved time in our schedule..
    Without a valid reason, the
  • full amount will be chargedIn case of no-show (.
• no-show) without cancellation,100% of the treatment amountwill be invoiced.3. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are

• valid for a maximum of 1 yearfrom the date of issue.After the expiry date, the gift voucher can no longer be redeemed.
• After the expiry date, the gift voucher can no longer be redeemed.
• Gift vouchers arenot redeemable for cashand non-refundable.

4. Payment

• Payments are made exclusively through our website.
• It isnot possible to pay afterwards.

5. Liability

• Headspa-Heerlen is not liable for damage, loss or theft of personal belongings during the stay.
• The customer is responsible for promptly reporting any medical conditions or circumstances that may affect the treatment.

6. Declaration of Agreement

By making an appointment, undergoing a treatment, or purchasing a gift voucher, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
